Payment

Payment is expected and must be made at time of purchase via any of the accepted payment methods provided.

Order Processing

Orders are processed withing 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.  During periods of high demand or seasonal launches processing times may be slightly extended.  You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout.  Once your order has shipped, Ocean & Ivy Essentials is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly.

Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the personal nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges.  If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos, and we do whatever we can to make it right. 

Cancellations 

 Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet entered processing.  Once an order is in production or has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Product Care & Safety

Our products are handcrafted in small batches.  Slight variations in color, texture, or fragrance are natural and part of the process.

Candles:

  • Trim wicks to 1/4" before each burn.
  • Burn on a heat-safe surface away from drafts
  • Never burn for more than 4 hours at a time
  • Never leave a burning candle unattended
  • Keep burning candle away from children and/or pets

Failure to follow proper candle care may result in damage or injury.  Ocean & Ivy Essentials is not responsible for misuse. 

Ingredients & Sensitivities

All Ocean & Ivy Essentials products are made with carefully selected ingredients.  However, individual sensitivities vary.  We recommend reviewing ingredient listings and discontinuing use if irritation occurs.

Ocean & Ivy Essentials is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities.

Wholesale Orders

Wholesale purchases are final sale and subject to separate terms.  Please contact us directly for wholesale inquires.
